The ideal definition of communication is the exchange of ideas among various people while the message properly was being conveyed to one another. This should be helpful in conducting a proper communication in order to have effective exchange information. Through this, we can avoid potential communication barrier that may harm the conversation.
A speaker should found this thing as an easy problem due to the fact they have already experiences it. A skilled speaker should some knowledge’s and techniques that he can used in communication. These skills are known as the ‘Principles in Communication’. Together with a proper training and sufficient time, everyone can be a skilled speaker in no time.
This will not only teach people how to conduct a proper communication but also etiquette during conversation occurs. People nowadays usually absent of these traits and having conversation without etiquettes and disciplines to restrict them. They converse with each other’s as they please without having any useful content in their communication at all.
Therefore, it is proper to seek the knowledge first for a better communication later. Control the emotion and clear your mind for what you want to said. This will give you a peace of mind and didn’t mess up your mind. This can be related with discipline training that put the mindset on fully inform and control oneself.
Use an appropriate language as medium in communication. Never use unrecognized term or unfamiliar language just to look smart and cool. Sometime using a simple term is the best approach. After all, simple is better to understand rather than vice versa. Thus, from it we can judge which approach is better and suitable to use during conversation.
At any time any communication can face a barrier during the time it converse. The best solution to handle it is by using attention. Only by taking all the attention shall peoples give attention us. Through this way not only you can deliver you message perfectly but also avoid any potential barrier from surrounding or the audience themselves.
Be consistent in your speaking and laid down according the objective of your communication. Never stray from your objective and always consist on that so that your communication always on the spot and not sound ridiculous. Keep it simple and straight forward without play with word so that you will not seem like a double standard speaker.
Never did anything with such half will and that include under communication also. Never sent any message incomplete state or insufficient toward the audience. Keep everything at perfect condition so that people can get a good communication among each other’s.  Everything depends on the speaker skill at the end to conclude the result of the conversation.
People always said that timing is important and so do it is in communication. Any messages the being convey must be delivered and received in the same conversation occur. There is no use toward the audience if the message arrives late despite the early conducted conversation. Thus, be mined with the timing and always be punctual during conversation.
Not all the time that the communication is conducted through informal style. Sometime there is a need to have a formal communication in order to create a suitable stage or scenery when dealing with visitor that usually a big figure or famous. This way not only we create a scenery suitable dealing with them but also get recognition for our efforts.
Always ask for a feedback once your speech ends. This action is taken as a precaution for any possible barrier that leads to miscommunication. Better be cautious than sorry on later date. Feedback is easy to obtain through the facial expression of the audiences. From there if their face look like in confusion, you know that the message you deliver didn’t arrived safely.

You can use integration method as the alternative way to the feedback method. Push everyone into the same scenery that you want and drive them together from there. Keep in check so that no one is being left behind. Always maintain a clear and loud voice during communication. This is to ensure that you didn’t need to repeat anything at the end of it.
Sometime everything that we plan will not going as we will. Thus, in order handle this correctly we need to be flexible in speech. Everything shall become fine if handle it properly with the right principle and calm. Make sure your emotion is stable and expected to any unexpected to happen. Be smart and maintain your facial expression at all time.
Communication in the end is all about proper word choice and safety arrived of message toward the receivers. A good communication is consist of direct message with the reduce of unnecessary word control. This shall make the conversation become easy and simple for everyone especially the speaker and receivers mostly.
Make sure the clarity of the message being delivered and avoid from making any careless mistake such as closing your mind, reacting instead responding, lack on tone, holding back your mind, bias, and so on. Why this is important is due to the fact human tending to make mistake when they start relax even a bit. Thus, be alert at all time in communication.
Effective communication means that it is free from any barrier to interrupt. Even so, this is not an excuse to make for stop making you a better speaker. You should sharpening your communication skill and enhance your technique in order to be better than you usual standard. Only by doing these shall the communication become better overall.
Conclusion, you need time and practice in order to efficient using principles in communication. Its need effort and commitment to accomplish all these. After all, communication is the prime way on how human tends to express their emotion and feeling. Thus, it is crucial for this thing to take seriously and be better in it for your own benefit.
